Tracking questions
When do I get my tracking number?
As soon as your parcel leaves our dispatch centre, we email you a tracking number. You can follow every step of the journey with it.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are packed within 1–3 business days. Express delivery then usually takes 5–9 business days, depending on where you live. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Which courier brings my order?
Canada: Purolator. United States: from our US warehouse. Europe: DPD, from Germany. Australia: CouriersPlease. New Zealand: DHL Express.
My order hasn't arrived. What now?
Email shop@nordrismith.com with your order number and we will look into it. If your order hasn't arrived within 6 weeks, we will give you a full refund.
