How a custom piece is made

Before you order

Can a personalised or custom piece be returned?

No. Personalised and custom pieces are made only for you, so they cannot be returned. Please check spelling and dates carefully before you order.

How much does engraving cost?

Engraving costs $25 and adds about three days to the making time.

Can I send a logo, a crest or handwriting?

Yes. On a product page you can attach up to three files. For a custom design, reply to our email with your files attached.

What if it arrives damaged?

We will make it right, as described in our returns and refunds policy.
