How long will my order take?

Most orders are prepared and packed within 1 to 3 business days. Express delivery then usually takes 5 to 9 business days, depending on where you live. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves.

Will I pay customs or import fees?

Orders to Canada and the United States ship from inside each country, so there are no import charges. For Europe we pay the duties and taxes for you. Full details are on our shipping page.

Can I return a piece?

Yes, within 15 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Personalised and custom pieces are made only for you and cannot be returned. See returns and refunds.

What if it arrives damaged?

Email us with a photo as soon as you open the box. We will arrange a replacement or a repair.

Can I add a name, a date or runes?

Yes, on any piece marked Engravable. Type up to 24 characters on the product page and choose runes, classic or Norse lettering. It adds about three days to the making time.
